How does Start Sharp™ work?
Choose your package, reserve a Launch Slot, complete the intake form, and we’ll build your starter package during your scheduled project window.What is a Launch Slot?
A Launch Slot is your reserved project window. Payment and a completed intake form are required before your slot is confirmed.Do I own my Carrd site when it’s finished?
Yes. Carrd sites are built as launch-ready drafts and handed off or transferred after final approval. Clients are responsible for their own Carrd account, domain, subscriptions, hosting, and future updates unless ongoing maintenance is purchased separately.What if I need changes?
Each package includes at least one round of minor revisions. Major redesigns, new concepts, or full changes in business direction may require an additional fee.Are refunds available?
Because each package is custom-built, payments are non-refundable once work begins. If you need to cancel before your Launch Slot begins, you may request to reschedule.Can you guarantee sales?
